Added Options for SUPERBumper and SPAREBumper - STOP Rear end collision damage now!

The other day at the carwash, I had some idiot behind me with a stick shift rocking back and forth thinking he was cool (and ruining his clutch) and I kept thinking to myself...if he hits me I'm never going to be able to forgive myself for not placing this order!

I look forward to installing it, but hopefully never having to test it.
